In my work as a personal trainer, I get to talking about the best shoes for exercise on a pretty regular basis. Some people talk about the weather, personal trainers talk about footwear. Are You Eating Enough to Power Your Workout?
With all the focus on weight control, it seems odd to be asking if you’re eating enough to fuel the workouts you’re powering through on a given day. So, while I should have been focusing on my grocery list, I’ve actually been tallying on to help to keep nutrition and diet affordable.
