Then move into a lunge, keeping the knee above the ankle, and keeping the hips and the shoulders facing forward. You can also keep your arms straight and forward, facing away from the body just like Frankenstein, as this will challenge your balance. Then push off that front leg and return to start before switching sides. Increase intensity by holding light dumbbells.
