Many people name the flexitarian diet as one of the best and easiest diets to follow. Flexitarian, which is a combination of the word flexible and vegetarian is extremely easy to understand and follow and encourages dieters to make changes where they want rather than eliminating entire food groups. The flexitarian diet also allows people to be themselves and doesn’t restrict dieters with lots of rules or complications.
