Slow Metabolism = No Weight Loss
People who are unable to lose weight through dieting often blame their slow metabolism for keeping them from achieving the results they want. The fact remains that the heavier you are, the faster your metabolism will be to keep your system running. This means that anyone who is struggling with weight cannot have a slow metabolism. So, stop blaming your metabolism and cut your calorie intake to achieve results.
